Stoke Park

Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom

Overview

Stoke Park is a historic 300-acre estate in Buckinghamshire, its Grade I listed James Wyatt mansion set within parkland laid out by Capability Brown and Humphry Repton, and one of the first country clubs to open in Britain. As part of a significant repositioning, a new restaurant within the Pavilion and Leisure Centre sat at the heart of the estate's public reopening, conceived as a destination rather than an amenity for resident guests alone.

Copper Beech engaged as F&B strategy partner to evaluate the route to launch, shape the concept and operational direction, and provide the foundational research required to inform key decisions
