Overview
BLACKSTAR is a chef-led culinary design studio and hospitality concept developed by The Emerson Collective in Barbados, designed to operate simultaneously as a working studio for visiting chefs and as a hospitality destination in its own right.
The proposition sits at the intersection of culinary R&D, residency and member-led dining, intended to bring an internationally calibrated culinary programme to a market more typically defined by resort hospitality.
Copper Beech refined the concept, produced the investor deck and built the financial model that established the project's commercial feasibility ahead of capital deployment.
